Aberfeldy 12 Year Old Malt

Since 1898,the Aberfeldy distillery has produced a fine Highland Single Malt. An elegant full-bodied whisky noted for it's heather,honey softness.Aberfeldy malt has for years provided the signature notes of Dewar's blended whiskies. Today it's bottled separately and is available in special limited quantities at 12 Years Old.

Balvenie Double Wood 12Yr Old Malt

This is a 12 year old single malt which gains its distinctive character from being matured in two woods. During maturation it is transferred from a traditional oak whisky cask to a first fill Spanish oak sherry cask. Each stage lends different qualities to the resulting single malt - the traditional casks, having previously held bourbon, soften and add character, whilst the sherry wood brings depth and fullness of flavour. It has a smooth and mellow single malt of combined flavours, nutty sweetness, cinnamon spiciness and a delicate layer of sherry, with along and warming finish.

Baron De Lustrac Armagnac 1969

Baron de Lustrac works with a number of small producers or growers and oversees production and ageing of their spirit - this allows them full control of their Armagnac. Only the finest eaux de vie from the best terroirs are used in the production of Lustrac's vintage Armagnac. Once distilled the colourless spirit is aged in 420 litre oak barrels. It is here, in barrel, that the Armagnac leaches vanillins and tannins from the toasted oak which lend the spirit colour and flavour.

The second grape spirit of France is Armagnac, produced to the south-east of Bordeaux. Armagnac claims to be older than Cognac, and was first produced by the Moors in the 12th Century. The grape varieties used are Ugni Blanc, Picpoule (Folle Blanche), Colombard, Blanquette and Baco Blanc 22A (known locally as Piquepouls de Pays) produces its Nut and smoke flavors

Bruichladdich Peat Malt Whisky

On the west side of Loch Indaal, facing Bowmore, Bruichladdich Distillery is the only independent Islay distillery, and is managed by one of the whisky worlds best known characters Jim McEwan. Matured in bourbon casks. Lightly peaty, grain mash sweet and just a touch salty - as tangy tastes of sea breeze, unsweetened coconut and oak resin unite.

Courvoisier Imperial XO Cognac

Courvoisier Imperial XO is created with a unique blend of very old cognacs resulting in a supremely rich product.
Imperial XO is intensely aromatic and full with velvet texture and redolent bouquet.
Very rich and complex with aromas of chocolate, vanilla and amber and the old borderies add exotic and bakery spice.
The finish is very long and mellow with great depth and development.

Glenfarclas 10 Year Old Malt Whisky

Glenfarclas Distillery was built in 1836 by a tenant farmer by the name of Robert Hay. When Robert Hay died in 1865, the distillery was taken over by John Grant. This whisky has been Matured in Oloroso sherry casks. A straw-gold , delicately light, sweet and malty, leaving a long slightly spicy finish.

Glenfarclas '105' Cask Strength

The Grant family have been running Glenfarclas since 1860, producing an individual Speyside malt that many whisky enthusiasts number as one of their favourites. The 40th Anniversary Limited Edition is dark and mysterious in colour, with a beautifully sweet nose, and hints of toffee and sherry.

Glenkinchie 12 Year Old Malt Whisky

The distillery was founded between 1825 and 1833 by the brothers George and John Rate, it was originally named Milton Distillery. Matured in American oak bourbon casks with some finishing in Amontillado sherry butts for the distillers edition. Known as the ‘Edinburgh Malt’, this is a Lowland whisky, with floral and grassy characteristics, a fine balance of sweetness and dryness and a fragrant finish. Glenkinchie Lowland Malt has a light delicate nose and a fresh, clean aroma.

Hennessy XO Cognac

In 1870, X.O. was created by Hennessy for the personal use of Mr. Maurice Hennessy, his family and friends. Over a century later, this blend of more than one hundred very old "Eau-de-Vie" from Cognac's finest growing regions, carefully nurtured in cellars which contain the worlds largest reserves of old Cognac, The distinctive decanter designed in 1947. Rich, full-bodied and complex, Hennessy X.O combines the spicy aromas of oak and leather with the sweeter essences of flowers and ripe fruit. Well-balanced, the initial flourish is dominated by the powerful suggestion of pepper and rancio, which testify to the long years it has spent being aged

Johnnie Walker Gold Label 18Year Old Whisky

A skilful fusion of rare aged whiskies inspired by the notes originally kept by Sir Alexander Walker, and crafted from only a small number of Scotland's most renowned distilleries each matured for a minimum of 18 years. Johnnie Walker Gold Label is perfect when served frozen, in a frozen glass and perhaps even served with a bitter chocolate dessert for a truly indulgent experience.  It has a full, round and deep nose with notes of soft raisins and toffee, fresh malt and light cream. An 18 year old whisky from Cardu distillery, it gives the strong yet smooth malt and oak flavours. Extra mature grain whiskies provide some of the lingering sweetness, whilst 18 year old Clynelish from Northern Highlands delivers the unusual aromatic creaminess.
